INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man has been arrested after police say an argument with a coworker ended with a shooting on a local interstate. Tacuise Sims, 27, was officially charged Friday in Marion County with felony criminal recklessness, possession of a machine gun and drug possession. He has since been booked into jail without bond.
