Leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, has advised Bain Capital Life Sciences on its investment, alongside SK Capital Partners, in Swixx BioPharma AG (“Swixx”).  

Swixx is the global leader in rest-of-world pharmaceutical commercialization services dedicated to delivering innovative, life-saving medications to underserved and hard-to-reach markets. 

Under the transaction, which was previously announced in December 2025 and has now closed, Bain Capital Life Sciences has taken a minority investment position alongside SK Capital, further strengthening the partnership with additional expertise and global connectivity across both biotechs and large cap pharma. Long-term institutional investors HBM Healthcare Investments and Mérieux Equity Partners also remain as shareholders in Swixx, alongside the founders and senior management.
