routing preference problem

Dear all,I am trying to convert the "tee" to a "cross" by clicking the + sign.I think the cross family is defined in the routing preferences.However, the system gives me the following error message: "The converted fitting was not defined in the routing preference. Please assign one on the connected curve types." What could be the reason for this? Thank you
