This month, ATEK MIDAS is featuring newly released and established MMIC die products for wideband amplification, RF switching and low-noise signal conditioning. Designed for radar, SATCOM, EW, SIGINT, SDR, C-UAS and test systems, these solutions deliver the performance engineers need — when they need it. Most ATEK MIDAS SMT MMICs are also available in die form.

New Wideband Driver Amplifiers

ATEK MIDAS wideband driver amplifiers deliver the gain, output power and linearity required to efficiently drive power amplifiers and support demanding RF signal chains. Designed using advanced GaAs pHEMT technology, these compact MMIC die solutions provide exceptional dynamic range and flat broadband performance for radar, SATCOM, SDR, EW/ECM and test applications.

Broadband Switching Performance from DC to 22GHz

ATEK MIDAS GaAs switch MMICs provide low insertion loss, excellent isolation, fast switching and broadband coverage for signal routing applications. Designed to simplify system architecture while maintaining signal integrity, these die products are ideal for radar front ends, electronic warfare systems, instrumentation, communications and multifunction RF platforms.
