The Traitors finalist Jack Butler has revealed one moment that he's 'gutted' viewers missed behind-the-scenes after opening up on his furious response to being banished.

Personal trainer Jack, 29 - who was a Faithful - made it all the way to the final of this year's series of the much-loved BBC show alongside Fazaaz Noor (Faithful), Jade Scott (Faithful), Stephen Libby (Traitor) and Rachel Duffy (Traitor). 

He made it all the way to the final three, but Traitors Rachel and Stephen were the ones who took home the huge prize money in the excruciating final episode. 

The Traitors aired Wednesday to Friday on BBC One each week from January 1, until it wrapped up on January 23 2026. 

The show was filmed the fourth series in June 2025, and as there was only three one-hour episodes for three weeks, there will have been plenty that didn't make the final cut. 

And the PT has opened up about one bit that didn't end up airing on our screens. 

Speaking with Metro, Jack said: 'The one thing that didn’t make the edit that we were gutted about, we were all chatting in the kitchen, and I used an Oreo and a digestive to make a table and stack jelly babies around it.

'We made a Jelly Baby roundtable.  

'We even put Claudia Winkleman up on a little platform, and we were all gutted it wasn’t in an episode.’

It comes after Jack revealed opened up to Daily Mail about how producers were forced to 'pull him into a room to calm down' after 

After three weeks of treachery and deceit, Faithful Jack just missed out on scooping the cash prize.

He was betrayed in the final moments of the endgame by Rachel Duffy and his close ally Stephen, with producers forced to step in and calm him down.

Reflecting on the tense moment after it aired to the public on Friday night, Jack told The Mail on Sunday: 'The first ten minutes after it happened, I was absolutely steaming.

'I was so angry and I got pulled into a room with the producers and I was calmed down a little bit.

'Then I was just looking forward to going home and seeing my partner and my family. It's like 10 minutes of anger and then you're like hang on, it's not actually life or death.

'Honestly, it's such a psychological game and you've gone through all these weeks of who can I trust?

'I think Stephen really acted fantastically as like putting on the facade of being a faithful in the earlier episodes. 

'We really clicked and we get on so well. We're very similar. And I just thought he's got to be a Faithful because he's terrified just like me. 

'He doesn't want to be murdered. It was only at the end when he turned his slate around with my name.

'But it's a testament to how much of a fantastic game he played. 

'And Rachel as well. They were both phenomenal. They absolutely deserved it. 

'I am genuinely really happy for both of them.'

It comes after it was revealed on Monday that The Traitors is set to get a 'bold and surprising' new adaptation as the BBC have announced they are transforming the hit reality TV format - for the STAGE.

Production companies Studio Lambert and Neal Street Productions, which are behind the making of the popular series, announced a theatrical format of the show is currently in development to launch in London next year. 

Written by Good Omens' John Finnermore and directed by the Olivier award-winning Robert Hastie, the stage version follows on from the success of the TV series, which is hosted by Claudia Winkleman. 

The new stage show's creators have teased 'a bold and surprising' experience for fans of The Traitors - set in a 'thrilling new hunting ground'.
