IDOT announces lane reopenings, continued construction for Independence Day travel in Central Illinois

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WCIA) -- To make way for 4th of July weekend travel, the Illinois Department of Transportation announced that a number of lanes across the area are being briefly reopened.
