This interesting cellphone photo was taken by Dory Vigil, a resident of Dulce, New Mexico on March 1, 2011 at around 5 pm. near the high school football field, not too far from the Dulce Rock area, southwest of the Archuleta Mesa.

He sent me that photo by e-mail a day or two later and I was quite impressed.

Upon careful scrutiny, I became quite impressed that I could see some “balls” of light surrounding that object.

He told me that he was simply taking a random photo of a dirt road on which a vehicle was approaching.

He wasn’t aware at that time that there was a dark object on the top right hand side.

He did not view this photo until later.

It was only after he reviewed all the cellphone photos that he took randomly that day that he noticed that there was this object on the top right hand side in that particular photo.

Now Dory is presently with the maintenance department of Dulce.

I met Dory a few months ago in Dulce on October 5, 2012 and he still had the same photo on his cellphone which he showed me again.

I am glad he save it on his cellphone.

Now I can definitely vouch for the veracity of this cellphone photo.

The question is what this object could have been.

For all I know, it could have been anything.

I also talked with several other workers at the maintenance department who told me about their fascinating sightings over the Dulce Rock area of Dulce, as well as over the southwest areas of Dulce.

Now this does not constitute any proof whatsoever that there is an underground base of some kind in Dulce, New Mexico.

But this makes me wonder a little bit about my doubts I have had on Dulce, New Mexico.

Even though I remain skeptical about the existence of a physical underground base there, I still keep myself open to any possibility.
