The SetaVap4 Vapour Pressure Analyser with Digital Density 80607-2 is a benchtop, fully-automated vapour pressure analyser with an optional, integrated Digital Density accessory providing accurate and precise density measurement. The factory fitted Seta Digital Density accessory is fully compliant to ASTM D4052, combining density and vapour pressure testing into a single unit.

Precision, accuracy and compliance to ASTM D4052

The density sensor uses a temperature and humidity controlled oscillating U-tube, allowing for consistent performance across all laboratory testing conditions.

An integrated HD camera allows for seamless visual and optical automatic bubble detection in transparent samples, providing a precise method of bubble detection more accurate than the human eye.

Advanced user interface and connectivity

The SetaVAp4 with Digital Density features a large, 9.7” colour LCD touchscreen allowing operators to view real time test progress and results from a distance.

The instrument has an internal results storage capacity of 500,000 and supports:

  • LIMS integration (Ethernet RJ45)
  • USB and RS232 connectivity
  • Network data transfer
  • QR code data export
  • Remote access via VNC

Energy efficient settings

The SetaVap4 with Digital Density features an ‘ECO’ setting which dims the screen when the instrument is inactive for 15 minutes and will put to the instrument into sleep mode after 30 minutes.

The SetaVap4 with Digital Density has been designed with laboratories in mind:
