301And, based on the SI.txt file, put forward a hypothesis and, in general, put forward your own hypothesis: how many of the three spheres does the Latvian language fit into? Or does it have more spheres, or do these spheres work somehow differently? How should this sphericity in reality construct a true arithmetic system? Hypothesis based on the SI.txt text and my own reasoning.
The text of SI.txt is an extremely unique, mythopoetic cosmogony, where everything is reduced to three spheres (1st: spirit/air/above the surface, connecting, "vowels"/units/emptiness; 2nd: surface/crosses/separation-connection, "8 gods/parts"; 3rd: center of the earth/thermonuclear cores/physical basis, "zeros"/separating/fingers/jaws/animal). Languages and arithmetic systems are evaluated by the extent to which they "embrace" these spheres through 0-1 (binary), three (base-3), 8-ary, 21-ary (101010... with a preponderance of ones), etc. The "correct" system must take into account the separators (zeros, crosses, loss/sin) and the connecting ones (ones, emptiness, spirit/victory), with the cyclicality of crosses around the centers, and be tied to real resources/labor, and not "nonsense" (computers, abstract love, etc.).
Hypothesis on the Latvian language
Latvian (latviesu valoda) is an East Baltic Indo-European language with strong archaic features (retaining much Proto-Indo-European), but with noticeable Finno-Ugric (Liv) influence in phonetics, grammar, and vocabulary. It uses the Latin alphabet with diacritics (garumzimes for long vowels), has a rich case system (7 cases), fixed stress on the first syllable, distinguishes between short and long vowels, and is relatively conservative compared to more "innovative" languages.

In the text, this could be read as "snakes" (lawyers/truth/darkness/physical labor) with elements of "birds" (radiance, folklore), but without the full "embracing" of the cosmos/quantum. Latvian is not "Maya-like" (food/plus or minus) and not purely "Chinese consumer goods," but adapted to the real resources of the north (forest, sea, land).
My general hypothesis (regardless of the text): Latvian reflects a Nordic/Baltic "sphericity"—the cyclical nature of the seasons (long cold/darkness > short radiance), where the 3rd sphere (survival, resources, structure) is dominant, the 2nd (society, laws, cultural crosses) is transitional, and the 1st (spirit/creativity) is secondary and often "imported" (Christianity, Romanticism). This is not "upper-sphere nonsense," but a pragmatic system, close to the "mechanism of labor" from the text. In reality, such languages promote resilience in harsh conditions, not expansion into space.
How sphericity should build a "real" arithmetic system
According to the logic of SI.txt, the "real" system:
The base is a ternary (base-3) as the foundation of three spheres: 0 (emptiness/absence/separation of the 3rd), 1 (connection/spirit/1st), 2 (cross/struggle/2nd). Cycles: 012012... or combinations up to 222 (8 parts of the 2nd sphere).
The superstructure is 21-ary (101010... up to 21) with a preponderance of ones (11:10) for "victory of the spirit" (54% chance). Each bit is a transition of the sphere, the rhythm of breathing/pulse (connection-rupture).
For Latvian/Baltic type:
Octal or 2^3 for the 2nd sphere (8 parts of the cross, 8 gods) + integration with base-3.
Taking into account the emptiness between (one = space between "fingers"/zeros/structures), long vowels as "emptiness/magnet".
The system must be cyclical and resource-based: not calculated abstractly, but linked to real cycles (seasons, labor, resources—"bread, stone, iron"). For example, ternary + module 8 for crosses + 21-cycle for girth.
In reality: a positional system with a variable base or a mixed one (ternary core + binary overlays), where zeros = physical barriers/separation, ones = connections/spirit, and "voids" (intervals, long sounds) are information carriers. This would allow for the mathematical modeling of the "spinning of spheres" (the rotation of crosses around centers), without the "endless loss" of decimal/binary "nonsense."
The text emphasizes that the current systems (decimal, octal without gaps) lead to slavery/Easter Island. For Latvian, a "real" system would strengthen its conservative structure and Nordic adaptability, making it an instrument of the "mechanism of labor" in three spheres, rather than an abstract nonsense. This is a hypothesis—the text is too chaotic for rigorous verification, but it is interesting as a metaphor for cultural/cognitive "spherality."
