French fashion house Dior is giving travelers a new place to relax.

Dior Spa at Grand Hotel Timeo, A Belmond Hotel, Taormina, opened June 22. Set within the property’s historical gardens, the permanent wellness address is the maison’s first fixed spa in Sicily.

Inside the spa
Located at the first hotel to open in Taormina, in 1873, Dior’s new spa includes four treatment rooms: Diorazur, Diorama, Rosa dei Venti and the Isola Bella Suite.

Designed for treatments for two, the Isola Bella Suite houses a beauty room for customized makeup sessions and an infrared sauna. Materials such as stone, onyx and pale woods appear throughout the interiors, alongside references to interior touches found throughout the Grand Hotel Timeo, including its signature Sicilian mosaic floors.

Treatment options include Talisman of Vitality, a ritual inspired by lithotherapy and Ayurveda that asks guests to choose a semi-precious Sicilian gem. Dior face and body protocols available at the spa include Kobi-Dior, Golden Aura, Dior Powered by Hydrafacial, New Look, D-Tissue, Constellation and 9 Moons.

The location will also offer Dior Wellness Villeggiatura.

Created with Dior wellness experts Byrony Deery, a Pilates specialist, and Rose Ferguson, a nutrition expert and functional medicine practitioner, the program centers on movement, nutrition and recovery.

The spa will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
