  Franciszek Krawczyk is an assistant professor in the Scholarly Communication Research Group of Adam Mickiewicz University. He published results of his research on theories of centres and peripheries of knowledge production, academic resistance, and predatory pub-lishing. In his future work, he is going to focus more on the forgotten history of academic pub-lishing in the socialist countries.
