SRS Distribution, a Home Depot subsidiary, is planning to acquire another HVAC distributor, Colorado-based Lohmiller & Co. SRS recently closed on its purchase of Mingledorff's Inc.

Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Lohmiller was founded in 1990 and is owned and operated today by Tim Brooks, Mark Brown, and Roger Lee. The company is a distributor for Carrier Global Corp. with access to that company’s full suite of residential, light commercial, and applied HVAC products, and currently employs a team of 220 people. Brooks, Brown, and Lee will continue to lead the business going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees, a press release from SRS said.

Following our recent acquisition of Mingledorff’s, a leading HVAC distributor in the Southeast, Lohmiller will be the second addition to our nascent HVAC platform,” said SRS CEO Dan Tinker. “The company’s reputation for exceptional customer service and passion for taking care of its people make it an outstanding fit, and we are honored they selected SRS as the right home for the business. SRS Distribution, based in McKinney, Texas, has more than 1,300 locations in the U.S. and Canada and was acquired by The Home Depot in 2024.
