MOSCOW, August 13. /TASS/. The Kiev regime's capacity to resist Russia's special military operation is diminishing by the day, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in a comment on the Ukrainian crisis.

"With each passing day, the Kiev regime's ability to resist Russia's special military operation is diminishing. Zelensky has stepped up efforts to beg the West for weapons and military equipment, while Ukrainian stocks are dwindling before our eyes. Unable to strike Russian military facilities effectively, Ukrainian armed forces continue attempting to target civilian infrastructure in various Russian regions and the civilian population," the diplomat said, citing several examples.
