Love Island fans slammed Gabby Allen after a 'silly' comment saw her imply that Catherine Agbaje and Nas Majeed should have been dumped from the Villa. 

During Thursday night's show, the girls sat by the fire pit they discussed the latest dumping. 

Olivia Hawkins, 29, and Marcel Somerville, 39, were voted the least compatible couple by viewers on Wednesday night, after landing in the bottom with Ronnie Vint and Elma Pazar, as well as Nas and Catherine.

Speaking through her tears, Gabby, 32, shared her upset following her ex Marcel's departure. 

The former couple who met on the series back in 2017 ended their relationship in 2018, but managed to smooth things over last week. 

Gabby said: 'It's so sad. When he hugged me then he just said "I'm so glad that we sorted things out."'

She added: 'Out of those, it shouldn't have been those two that went home. Catherine and Nas, they are trying but it just isn't it.' 

Sharing their thoughts on X, fans of the programme wrote: 'Gabby should leave Catherine’s name out of her mouth!!!'; 'Gabby is a silly lady'; 'Gabby, we heard you loud and clear. So, Catherine should have left?? You loser'; 

'Gabby needs to keep it shut, not too much on Catherine maam'; 'Gabby thinks Nas and Catherine should have gone home. They are least compatible that's true but we decide';  

'Gabby, so who should have gone home? Catherine??'; 'And why the hell is gabby talking about Catherine and Nas. mind you business.'

Meanwhile, another disagreed: 'I hate to say it but Gabby is right, Olivia and Marcel shouldn’t have gone last night it should’ve been Catherine and Nas (I like Catherine so don’t jump me).' 

Wednesday's twist left the rest of the villa in floods of tears, though Marcel and ex Gabby said they were 'glad' to have patched things up following their bitter split. 

Meanwhile, Olivia has since admitted she 'wasn't surprised' to be dumped, placing the blame on the tensions between herself and Luca - particularly the surprising conversation they had during Tuesday's episode.

In her post-villa chat, the brunette beauty said: 'When our names got called I actually wasn't that surprised, I did think after the whole chat with Luca that it was a possibility. 

'I think all three couples in the bottom deserved to be there and I just believe that whatever happens, happens and if it was my time to go then it was my time to go.' 

Despite Olivia being paired up with Marcel and Luca claiming his sights were set on new bombshell Grace Jackson, the duo have had numerous 'intense' chats with a 'lot of eye contact'.

After kissing in a challenge, Olivia and Luca had a conversation where they considered moving out of 'the friend zone'.

Luca said: 'Cheers for putting me in the friend zone. I just want that in the distant memory now, I don't want it to be brought up at every opportunity.' 

Olivia told him he needs to 'go for what he wants' as 'you're only here once,' to which he responded: 'Do you think you went for what you wanted? Or do you think there were others in here that you would have wanted to get to know.'
