Declan Rice has returned to training after beating a bug and Marc Guehi has overcome a hamstring concern ahead of England’s World Cup quarter-final tie against Norway.
Guehi was absent from Thursday’s session in Kansas City but trained in Fort Lauderdale on Friday.
The defender suffered the slight injury during Sunday’s 3-2 victory over Mexico but should now be OK to feature in Saturday’s tea-time kick off at the Miami Stadium.
There was more good news for Thomas Tuchel after Rice trained with his team-mates at the home of Inter Miami.
Thomas Tuchel has received a triply injury boost with Reece James back in training
Declan Rice and Marc Guehi also trained in Miami ahead of Saturday's quarter-final vs Norway
The midfielder had spent a period in isolation after feeling poorly this week.
Rice has been managing hamstring and back pain throughout the tournament but will be ready to declare himself available as England bid for a place in the semi-finals.
Reece James was also part of the session after recovering from a hamstring issue, but it could be too soon for him to start after two weeks in the treatment room.
