Trey McWilliams is the third-generation owner and CEO of McWilliams Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, as well as the Founder of Blue Cardinal Home Services Group, a rapidly expanding home services platform built from his family’s East Texas business. After taking over from his father, Trey transformed the company from a small lifestyle business into a large multi-state operation by focusing exclusively on residential service and implementing a “call-by-call management” system that gives technicians ownership over the full customer experience. Even while scaling nationally through private equity partnerships, Trey has remained deeply committed to hometown values, company culture, and building long-term careers within the trades. He also co-founded Lemon Seed Marketing with his sister and continues to stay active in helping push the home service industry forward.
