Morgan County highway to be closed for hours after tree fell on power lines

MORGAN COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — Highway 328 is closed in both directions near 152 Old Harriman Highway Thursday morning after a tree fell across power lines, said the Morgan County Sheriff's Office.
