ReCap project size - max points of view with Leica blk360

Hi,
I am interested in ReCap Pro in conjunction with the scanner Leica blk360. Here I came across the Internet on the information that the "model" is limited to 30x30 meters and 20 scan points of view. I am not quite clear what exactly is meant by "model".
For example, I want to scan a 5 story residential building to create floor plans and sections with autocad. So that means there are a maximum of 20 points per floor or per total building allowed? And what if a floor needs more than 20 viewpoints? In the example mentioned, the building would have 5 x 20 viewpoints + 10-20 in the outdoor area, ie around 110-120 points of view.
