Love Island Games viewers have been left confused as Megan Barton- Hanson disappeared from the show.

The OnlyFans star, 29, has been getting close with Kyra Green, with the couple forming the show's first same-sex couple and sharing a steamy kiss. 

However, Megan was notably absent during Sunday evening's instalment of the global dating show, with narrator Iain Stirling revealing why she wasn't on screen.

The Scottish voiceover artist told viewers that Megan had left for 'medical reasons', but did not say how long she would be gone for, nor if she would be returning at all.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, fans were left confused about the situation, with one tweeting: 'Is Megan gone for good or? #LoveIslandGames.' 

Another viewer asked: 'Did i miss something. where is Megan? #LoveIslandGames,' while someone else added: 'Not Megan disappeared into the night #LoveIslandGames.' 

One viewer quizzed: 'Did Megan actually leave? I thought she was just sick and had to temporarily be away from everyone or something.. #LoveIslandGames.'

Another admitted: 'When they said Megan left I thought they meant to the hospital not like left left lmaoo #loveislandgames,' with someone else asking: 'Wait Megan is gone gone? Crazyyyy #LoveIslandGames.'

Back in September, Megan revealed how she believed that she was suffering with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease for the first time. 

On an Instagram story she wrote: 'Which one of my queens have ever suffered from pelvic inflammatory disease?

'I've never heard of it but think i may have had my first experience, I've not had pain or fever quite like it. The last 5 days have been hell.

She said: 'If you have any good Essex/London based Gynaecologists, please let me know or any tips or remedies for the pain and to stop it reoccurring.' 

According to the NHS: 'Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is an infection of the female reproductive system which includes the womb, fallopian tubes and ovaries.

'PID is a common condition, although it's not clear how many people in the UK are affected.

'If diagnosed at an early stage, PID can be treated with a course of antibiotics, which usually lasts for 14 days.' 

Elsewhere in the episode of Love Island Games, Megan's love interest Kyra confessed that the British beauty's sickness had put a strain on their romantic connection. 

Kyra said: 'I'm okay. It's mean definitely upsetting... just obviously on different pages and I haven't been really able to get on the same page because she's been sick and out of here.'

It comes just hours after Megan pied her former flame Eyal Booker, 28, who appeared on series four of the UK show and made a connection in the villa. 

The pair, who had sex on screen soon after coupling up - before swiftly ending their romance when he criticised her sexual appetite.

Megan went on to couple up with Wes Nelson and they reached the final, but their romance was short-lived and they split five months after leaving the villa.
