They share some sizzling chemistry on Married At First Sight.

And it appears newlyweds Alana Lister and Jason Engler may actually find love on the Channel Nine dating show after they were spotted hanging out together during a break from filming in October last year.

The couple couldn't wipe the smiles off their faces as they enjoyed some alone time together in Sydney, with Jason, 35, spotted teaching Alana, 30, how to skateboard. 

Upon arriving at King Street Wharf in Darling Harbour, Jason was seen giving his television bride a hand on to her board, before instructing her how to ride it.

After a few attempts, Alana finally managed to get the hang of it and was able to ride on her own.

The couple were then seen joyfully riding up and down the walkway while chatting together.

Alana showed off her toned tummy in a white crop top, which she paired with washed out denim jeans.

She also wore white Nike sneakers with a turquoise coloured front and pink tick.

The Brisbane-based teacher completed her ensemble by wearing a grey coloured jacket over her tiny waist.

Meanwhile, Jason opted for an oversized purple coloured Lakers T-shirt, which he wore with ripped denim jeans and navy-coloured Converse shoes.

The sighting comes after the couple were pushed to their limits by the show's new sexologist Alessandra Rampolla in hopes of finding a 'deeper connection'.

During an Intimacy Week task this week, the newlyweds were instructed to touch each other's genitals for a few minutes while gazing into each other's eyes.

'It wasn't awkward or nothing. It was just... it's just a bit uncomfortable,' Jason later laughed to producers.

Observing the raunchy exercise from just a few metres away, Alessandra continued to call out instructions.

'It's just cupping, there should be no caressing. Just kind of have your hand over each other's genitals,' she instructed.

The intimacy task proved to be a success, with the Brisbane construction estimator left feeling overwhelmed and teary.
