Subba Rao joins Vertex Group as co-founder and Chief Growth Officer

NEW DELHI: Vertex Group has announced that Subba Rao is joining the organisation as Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to spearhead the company's Vertex 2.0 initiative.

Rao brings with him over 25 years of experience spanning growth strategy, operational transformation, and commercial excellence across global markets. Under his leadership, Vertex Group aims to accelerate its trajectory toward becoming a 1,000-crore global powerhouse while maintaining its foundational commitment to human-centric innovation and sustainable growth.

Prior to this appointment, Rao served as Executive Vice President-Solutions and Transitions at Teleperformance, where he orchestrated large-scale transformation programs that blended technological innovation with operational discipline. During his career, Subba architected comprehensive transformation frameworks, utilising advanced analytics, process automation, and stakeholder alignment to drive sustainable performance improvements. His domain expertise encompasses strategic planning, business development, quality management, organisational transformation, and talent leadership.
