Shaughna Phillips has addressed the bizarre moment that her friend Georgia Steel brought up her name during Sunday's episode of Love Island All Stars. 

The former Love Islander, 29, admitted she was 'surprised' to hear her being dragged into an explosive row between Georgia, 25, and Callum Jones, 27.

During the dramatic PDA Awards, Georgia's 'sneaky' ways were finally exposed, sending shockwaves through the villa.

She had been coupled up with Callum before her head was turned by new arrival Tom Clare, who she has romantic history with, and then admitting feelings for Toby Aromolaran.

However, she had continually denied flirting with anyone else and told he was the only person she wanted to be in the hideaway with.

When clips of her flirty antics were finally exposed, the fallout was far and wide, as the Islanders shouted across the garden at each other.

Callum declared he was 'done' with Georgia as she tried to defend herself, saying: 'No one is perfect and you learn from your mistakes.'

She then dragged up Callum's past stint on Love Island in 2020, where he dumped Shaughna after choosing to couple up with Molly Smith in Casa Amor.

She shouted: 'You brought Shaughna back from Casa Amor and hurt Shaughna!' causing Molly to burst into tears and shoot back: 'But we've had a three-and-a-half year relationship since.'

The Islanders and viewers alike were shocked by the name drop, as well as Shaughna herself, who has supported Callum and Molly's relationship.

The mother-of-one immediately took to her Instagram to share a viral meme to show her reaction.

The clip showed The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes at a reunion episode, saying: 'Now why am I in it? Now see how I get thrown into stuff, I ain't even did nothing.'

Shaughna opened up further on the moment in her OK! column, writing: 'I was surprised to hear Georgia say my name during the PDA awards - I was like "Hey I’m a single girl out here with a baby, what is my involvement?" haha!'

She admitted: 'I feel so torn, because Georgia is a good friend of mine, but I can see she has perhaps not handled things in the way she would on the outside. You have to remember it’s a totally different environment in the villa, everything is heightened.

'I don’t think she has communicated her feelings clearly enough to those involved and last night she held her hands up. I genuinely think she will be feeling so embarrassed after watching it back - she wouldn’t have meant to intentionally hurt anyone, she has maybe just gone about some things the wrong way.

'Georgia is entitled to her feelings with Toby, but I think she needs to be a little more upfront about things. I need to go in the villa and give her a pep talk!'

Shaughna then insisted: 'There's no hard feelings for me when it comes to Callum and Molly. She is such a lovely girl and I've supported her from the start on All Stars.'

She also said that she thinks the conflict with Georgia will bring Molly and Callum back together, after their split six months ago.

She penned: 'There's a chance that Callum and Molly could get back together after the PDAs, as they kind of teamed up when hitting back at Georgia.

'He was very cold with her when they both came into the villa and moved on to Georgia quite quickly, but I think the door is still open.

'Molly said in the episode about Georgia that Georgia messed up any chance of her and Callum rekindling. But I do think everything happens for a reason and while the whole situation hasn’t been ideal, maybe it will draw Molly and Callum back together?'
