Well here's one player who won't be going anywhere.
Eder Militao has missed the whole LaLiga season so far after tearing his cruciate ligament - with the player not expected back until March at the very earliest.
But his club Real Madrid have made a statement showing how valuable he is to the squad going forward after announcing that he will be staying put in the Spanish capital until 2028.
No, it's not a Galactico signing of any stretch, but Palace have made a youth talent acquisition by bringing Larne FC youngster Craig Farquhar into their academy.
He's a 20-year-old centre-back who will form part of the Under-21 side - and no doubt be given every chance to impress with a view to making a step up to Roy Hodgson's senior squad.
The news we were all anticipating...
It looks as though Phillips is FINALLY going to get his big move away from Man City this month - albeit temporarily - with the Athletic claiming the Hammers have struck a deal to take him on loan.

It would be a vital loan for Phillips, who knows his chances of starting for England at Euro 2024 will be boosted if he gets regular minutes.

The Premier League side have made the headlines a few times the last few windows for their audacious announcments, but The O's might just have gone better.
They snapped up the services of Fulham youngster Ollie O'Neill, but I'm not too sure this is how he would have envisaged the news being broken...
Take a look at how Orient revealed their latest signing in the story below.
Well how about this.
We already heard that former Real Madrid man Karim Benzema had been excluded from the Al-Ittihad squad after returning 17 days late from his holiday.
Now it's been reported he's asked to 'temporarily' leave the club after feeling 'under pressure' at the Saudi outfit.
According to AFP, Al-Ittihad have since offered to a loan to another team in the Saudi championship, however the idea was refused by Benzema.
The same source claimed that the 36-year-old feels 'unable to give the best of himself to Al-Ittihad because of the pressure'.

Al-Nassr have already made a series of top signings this season, including Sadio Mane, Marcelo Brozovic and Aymeric Laporte - but it looks like they're not quite finished yet as they eye a Man United star to join Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo's former team-mate would reunite with him in Saudi Arabia as the club look to continue to strengthen in defence after missing out on the signing of Tottenham's Emerson Royal.
