You can certainly grab an X870E if you need an inordinate amount of M.2 slots for storage, as well as support for a large number of USB 4.0 ports but if you don’t require those, the cost of X870E motherboards is a bit steep.  The B850 will require some balancing between available PCIe lanes but will still give you everything you need.  As an example, the MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK WIFI can support up to 17 USB ports, with a mix of 5Gbps, 10Gbps, and 20Gbps available, as well as legacy ports.  It also sports three M.2 slots which all come with FROZR heat spreaders for your drives.

MSI didn’t skimp on power delivery, 80Amp Smart Power staging, and 14+2+1 VRM power design with proper cooling will keep your system stable.  It retails for about $230, not a bad price for such a capable motherboard is a decent detail but too bad about the price of your other components.
