vivo India has officially launched the vivo T5e, a new entry-level smartphone in its T5 series. The device is aimed at students and young professionals, offering a combination of long battery life, durable build, AI-powered features, and a smooth 90 Hz display at an affordable price. Priced at ₹13,999, key highlights of the smartphone include a 5,500 mAh battery, an IP64-rated design with Military-Grade durability, a 90 Hz display, 15W fast charging, and more.

The smartphone features MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability and an IP64 dust and water resistance rating, making it more resistant to accidental drops and everyday wear. Powering the device is a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 15W charging.

The vivo T5e sports a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the UniSoC T7225 SoC, paired with 4 GB LPDDR4X RAM and supports up to 4 GB virtual RAM for improved multitasking. The phone runs Funtouch OS 16 based on Android 16.

For productivity, vivo has included AI-powered tools that can summarize, translate, and rewrite text. It also comes with vivo DocMaster, which helps users organize and manage documents more efficiently. On the camera front, the smartphone features a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
