Immersive footage of the 1960 Winter Olympics held in the Sierra Mountains at Palisades Tahoe. Though some footage is underexposed, the filmmaker had privileged vantage points at many events and brings viewers right in to the crowds and competitions, with speed skating, downhill skiing, ski jumping, and compulsory figures within the women's figure skating competition.
