CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS/POSTERS/Matchmaking Sessions/Demos

We invite the submission of contributions for Emissions Monitoring from Space and Ground Conference 2026

This conference, co-organised by European entities (ESA, EEA, CAMS and EUMETSAT), will gather several European and international stakeholders involved in the monitoring of greenhouse gases and air pollutants emissions, spanning the observations and modeling communities. Participants will be able to attend state-of-the-art presentations about emission estimations based on spaceborne and ground-based observations for a variety of use cases, from national GHG inventories to sector specific sources. The conference will bring European policy makers and implementers together allowing a ‘Science to Policy’ dialog.

The core objective of the conference is to showcase and identify specific observation data and solutions that can support the implementation of different policies with R&D and operational services. Attendees will also be engaged in discussions on the latest advancement on relevant policies, and create common semantics related to emissions. Specific focus will be given to national inventories, and how observation-based methodologies can support the verification and QA/QC of these inventories.
