Tonight a relative told me his Uber had to turn around when he reached my street because of a fallen tree.  I hadn’t heard anything but I went outside,  The front lawn was wet but the street was mostly dry.  Up near the end of my block, a large tree had fallen across the street, blocking it and tearing up the sidewalk with its roots. A parked pickup truck under it was damaged.
