Disgraced footy WAG Arabella Del Busso is showing off her post-prison physique, as the lingerie model prepares to step back into the boxing ring.

The reality TV contestant and ex-girlfriend of NRL star Josh Reynolds was jailed for stealing $52,000 from her employer earlier this year.

In July, Del Busso walked free from Australia's largest female prison after serving just five months for stealing money from her employer when she worked as a receptionist. 

Taking to her Instagram Story on Tuesday, the 34-year-old shared two images of her very fit physique, as she posed in her training gym in a one-piece leotard. 

'Happy Hump Day,' she captioned the cheeky full-length selfie that showed off her behind. 

The Melbourne native, who is recognised in the boxing sphere as 'Lil Bellsy', proudly displayed the results of her training.

In the Tuesday selfies, Del Busso appears to have gained a remarkable amount of muscle since leaving her incarceration. 

'If my mind can conceive it and my heart can believe it then I can achieve it…' Del Busso captioned a new video of herself working hard with a trainer in the same boxing gym. 

In the comments on the video, she also informally announced her plans to get back into the competitive sport. 

Responding to a fan who asked if 'Queen B' has plans to get back in the ring competitively this week, Del Busso hyped up her followers by answering: 'The Queen is returning, clear your schedule.'

She added that she's looking to be back in competitions by 'the end of the year'. 

The SAS Australia star walked free from Dillwynia Women's Correctional Centre, in Sydney's west, after 5am on Friday, July 12.

Soon after Del Busso's release, she met with Secrets of the Underworld podcaster Neil 'The Muscle' Cummins to record an exclusive interview for his 'bad girls' series, that has also featured the likes of 'Cocaine Cassie' Sainsbury and former sex worker Kim Hollingsworth.

In it, she revealed how she managed to stay in shape behind bars and used personal training as a way to 'form bonds' with the other inmates. 

The brunette beauty, who is most infamous for faking pregnancies to ex-NRL star  Reynolds, also said some of the women dubbed her 'jail Barbie' and 'thought I was a nice piece of meat'. 

'I was doing boxing training with some of the girls, exercises, and I was using my hands as pads,' Del Busso said on the podcast. 

'Nobody judged you - depending on what you did. They were good with me and I was good with them. I never once started a fight. 

'They were absolutely loving it and it was good to see, to know that I was able to give them something in there that they can't have.' 

Del Busso said she was using full water bottles, staircases, and body weight exercises like squats to maintain her fitness in the absence of any actual gym equipment.

While at Dillwynia women's correctional centre in Sydney's far west, Del Busso made claims of threats with a jail-made knife or 'shiv', invasive strip searches, and humiliating shower and toilet experiences.

The claims, which were part of Del Busso's bid to get early release from jail, were almost all denied by Corrective Services NSW. 

It comes as the infamous model hinted at plans to replace or remove her breast implants, two months after her prison release.

She shared an image of three silicone gel-filled implants on a table to her Instagram Stories last week. 

In 2022, Del Busso revealed in an Instagram Q&A that she had her 'boobs done' about a decade ago with a Sydney surgeon named Dr Lai, who has since retired.

Del Busso also confirmed she had 560cc implants, which are on the larger size.

It is unclear what size she has opted for this time around and she did not specify.
