Tim Robards showed off his strapping physique during a family day out at Sydney's Bondi Beach on Tuesday.

The buff Bachelor star enjoyed some surf and sun at the famous tourist destination with his wife Anna Heinrich and their three-year-old daughter Elle.

The 41-year-old reality star posted a gallery of sweet photos to his Instagram stories capturing the holiday time outing.

In one sweet picture, the hunky SAS Australia star can be seen posing in shallow surf with Elle.

He flaunted his ripped abs and huge biceps in a pair of boardshorts. 

Another photo showed Tim posing on a rock with Bondi Beach in the background.

Meanwhile, Tim's wife Anna covered up her baby bump in a sheer long shirt which she paired with her black bikini. 

The beauty, who is expecting the couple's second daughter in early 2024, proudly posed with her daughter.

In his caption for the post, Tim explained that he used the outing to give Elle a swimming lesson in the surf. 

'Bondi swims,' he began and continued:

'Today we tackled some waves… and after a few screams she [Elle] started to embrace the ups and downs as the waves came and went, telling me to let her go so she could swim and float by herself out the back.'

Tim and Anna, 36, celebrated their third wedding anniversary in June.

The couple exchanged vows in a beautiful wedding ceremony in Puglia on June 7, 2018.

Australia's original Bachelor couple tied the knot at the Masseria Potenti hotel, among the olive groves and vineyards of the Puglian countryside.

The couple dated for four years before getting engaged in May 2017 while on holiday in Kimberley, Western Australia. 

In October, they announced that Anna was expecting another girl in early 2024.
