Ali, a meditation and yoga teacher, is known for her passion for health and fitness.

She previously outlined her at-home workout routine, which includes 160 burpees in a single session.

She also performs 80 air squats, 70 sit-ups and 60 tricep dips.

In 2020, Ali said she honed her body for SAS Australia with a rigorous home exercise routine, which included three types of ab workouts, five bodyweight sessions and one hour of yoga a day.

She challenged herself with everything from boxing to burpees, focusing on movements that required little to no equipment.

Ali rose to fame on The Bachelor Australia in 2013 with Tim Robards, before going on to star on The Bachelorette in 2018.

She appeared on the 2020 season of SAS Australia, where she spoke about being left heartbroken following her split with ex-boyfriend Taite Radley.

The former couple split in July 2020 after two years of dating, following their initial meeting on The Bachelorette.

'It went really well. It was definitely worth my time...' she said, after being asked about her stint on the reality dating show.
