USC will retire the OASIS platform on June 3, and myUSC is set to be retired in 2027, the University announced through a myUSC notification. 

The move comes as part of the University’s transition to Experience USC, a centralized platform that intends to provide access to academic records, profiles and key student resources, according to the notification. OASIS was the primary platform students used to access their STARS report, course information and relevant academic records. Its functionality has already been transferred to Experience USC under the platform’s My Academics tab.

myUSC features a collection of tabs that allow students to access various platforms the University operates, such as Brightspace, WebReg and USCe.pay.

In a statement to the Daily Trojan, Interim Chief Information Officer Midhat Asghar wrote that while OASIS is planned to retire in June, there is no immediate transition planned for myUSC’s services. 

“USC is continuing to modernize and improve the student digital experience,” the statement reads. “Most OASIS functionality is already available in Experience USC today, and the remaining services will be transitioned before the retirement date.”

USC has made a feedback form available to students; students are encouraged to submit questions or comments on the transition.
