He was never a mistake, he was love.I know I’m biased because show Posally has me in a chokehold, but I love that this feels like a follow up to Percy asking, “Do you still dream of mom?” at the end of season 1. We all know what the answer was then, even though Poseidon couldn’t bring himself to say it. He can finally say it now, in a manner of speaking. He loved Sally, he still loves her I think, and he loves Percy even though Zeus is being a jerk and making it impossible for him to be involved in his life he way I think he wants to. I also love the implication that he’ll likely always love Sally even though he’s willing to let her go. No I’m not crying why do you ask
