Should Risk of Bias Be Assessed at the Outcome Level?

Дата публикации: 01-07-2026 00:00:00

To the Editor We read with great interest the individual patient data meta-analysis by Zaorsky et al investigating the optimal duration of androgen deprivation therapy in localized prostate cancer. We have some concerns about the risk of bias (RoB) assessment results. The authors stated, “Risk of bias assessments were conducted as outcome-specific for the primary and secondary end points.” However, the RoB appears to have been assessed at the trial level, rather than for individual outcome (eTable 8 in Supplement 1).
