1. How do I find my Rewards Referral Link?
   • Find your unique rewards link on the confirmation page after checkout, in the rewards email sent to you after purchase, or in your Rewards Dashboard.
2. When will I receive my reward?
   • If you unlock a discount-based reward, it will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed 10–15 days after the event ends. No additional action is required.
     
3. Will I still get points if someone who bought through my link returns or cancels their order?
   • Unfortunately, no. Points are only earned for orders that have not been canceled or refunded.
4. What are “pending” points?
   • Orders which are yet to be completed, such as orders that are on Payment Plans, will not count until all payments have been processed.
