Is this a joke? Assistant can't assist simple question because it's stupid...

 Every day every time when i try to contact support on any website I can find only FAQ's and chats with bots and now mostly with AI. Email to the support is hidden under hundreds of questions to answer and finally you will get final question, do you REALLY want to contact support? FFS.What is the point of offering people such inept help?
