HOUSTON — Local owner-operator Clay Development & Construction has broken ground on Kennedy Greens Distribution Center V, a 63,440-square-foot speculative industrial project in North Houston. The project marks the final phase of development for the 145-acre Kennedy Greens South Business Park. Building features will include a front-load configuration, 32-foot clear heights, 130-foot truck court depths, 2,600 square feet of office space and 73 car parking spaces. Completion is slated for the first quarter of next year.
