When you visit developers.facebook.com/support, you’ll find an AI-powered assistant ready to help you troubleshoot issues, navigate compliance requirements, and get back to building.

Meta AI Developer Assistant is now the primary support path at developers.facebook.com/support. Instead of navigating through multiple pages to find relevant documentation or submitting a support ticket and waiting for a response, you can describe your issue in natural language and get a specific, contextual answer immediately.

The assistant covers:

• Onboarding: Account setup, permissions configuration, and getting started with Meta’s developer tools
• Product issues: API errors, integration questions, SDK behavior, Graph API queries, webhook configuration, and more
• Compliance and review: Business verification steps, app review requirements, data use checkup guidance, and appeals processes

Meta AI Developer Assistant is connected directly to Meta’s developer documentation, API references, and platform knowledge. When you ask a question, it doesn’t return generic answers. It provides guidance specific to Meta’s platform, current API versions, and your integration context.

For example:

• “Why is my app stuck in app review?” returns a breakdown of common rejection reasons and specific steps to resolve each one
• “How do I complete business verification?” walks you through the requirements, documents needed, and known issues
• “What permissions do I need to access [specific API endpoint]?” gives you the exact permission set and how to request it

This expansion builds on the success of Meta AI Developer Assistant for Business Messaging, which launched earlier this year. In that rollout, we saw considerable increases in:
