IIM Bangalore x ET AI Business Transformation Masterclass & Awards 2026

Artificial Intelligence is becoming harder to discuss as a single business story. For a bank, the challenge may be deploying AI while managing compliance and risk. For a payments company, it could mean enabling transactions with less manual intervention. For a global consumer business, the opportunity lies in transforming complex operations and supply chains. For a robotics company, the question is how AI can make machines operate in the physical world.

These different challenges are bringing some of India's most interesting enterprise AI leaders together at The Economic Times AI Business Transformation Masterclass & ET Most Innovative AI Product Awards 2026, taking place at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore on 13 November 2026.

Why IIM Bangalore is the setting for this conversation?

IIM Bangalore has long been a place where India's business leaders examine how organisations need to evolve. This November, that conversation moves into one of the biggest shifts facing businesses today.

The Masterclass brings together CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, founders and AI leaders to examine what happens when AI moves from individual experiments into products, operations and customer-facing businesses.

A day built around how businesses are actually using AI

The agenda moves across some of the most consequential areas of enterprise AI.

Discussions will cover enterprise AI infrastructure, agentic AI in financial services, contextual commerce, intelligent supply chains, Voice AI and Physical AI, with sessions examining how these technologies are being deployed across different industries.

The programme also goes beyond presentations. Vijeth Pandit, CPO, Pine Labs, will demonstrate an AI agent executing a peer-to-peer (P2P) payment on UPI. Ganesh Gopalan, CEO, Gnani AI, will showcase production-grade enterprise Voice AI, while Mrutyunjaya N. , Co-Founder, Perceptyne Robots, will demonstrate how AI-powered robotics is entering the physical world.

Eight leaders. Eight perspectives on enterprise AI

The speaker lineup brings together leaders working on very different sides of the AI ecosystem.

Jigar Halani, Senior Director, NVIDIA, brings the infrastructure perspective. Dr. Srinivas Telukunta, Global Senior Director of AI, PepsiCo, will discuss AI-led transformation across large-scale operations and supply chains. Balaji Narayanmurthy, CDO, IndusInd Bank, brings the perspective of a large financial institution navigating AI deployment, governance and Return on Investment (ROI).

Srijon Biswas, CTO, PhonePe, adds the perspective of one of India's largest digital payments platforms, while Vijeth Pandit examines the next evolution of commerce and financial transactions. Ganesh Gopalan brings enterprise Voice AI into focus, while Mrutyunjaya N. explores Physical AI and robotics. Vaibhav Khandelwal, CTO & Co-Founder, Shadowfax, adds another perspective on how AI is reshaping logistics and operational decision-making.

Together, these perspectives show why the next phase of AI will not be defined by one technology or one industry. It will be shaped by how effectively businesses apply it to their own problems.

The day concludes with the ET Most Innovative AI Product Awards 2026, recognising organisations building AI products with meaningful business impact.

For leaders deciding what AI means for their organisation next, this is an opportunity to hear directly from people already making those decisions.
