Payment gateway option - cash was created by Thellie

For our treks (experiences), we charge a deposit which is linked to PayPal (but also accept bank transfers). However, the balance paid on the day is requested to be cash so that our guides have money to pay homestay families, local shops, etc which cannot accept card or transfer payments.

It would be very helpful, and user-friendly, if there was a cash option to choose from when recording payments. It can essentially be a copy of the paylater plugin I guess?
