Married At First Sight star Ivan Sarakula has been living it up on the Gold Coast. 

And on Wednesday, the 31-year-old flaunted his daring side as he jumped off a bridge to cool down alongside co-star Tamara Joy. 

Taking to Instagram, Ivan showed himself on the side of the bridge at Tallebudgera Beach as he leapt into the idyllic crystal blue water. 

Ivan was quick to do a backflip off the bridge with him showing off his toned stomach as he stripped down to just a pair of shorts. 

Tamara, meanwhile, was seen soon jumping from the bridge in just a skimpy pair of bikini bottoms and nude-hued top. 

'This guy didn't think I would jump,' Tamara said. 

'She's done it. She's proved me wrong,' Ivan said, walking behind her. 

Ivan has been in the sunshine state spending time with his former co-stars including Tamara and Hayley Vernon.  

In recent months, Ivan has drastically changed his appearance by growing out his hair and hitting the gym to add some muscle to his once-slender frame.   

He's also changed his fashion sense, swapping his usual dress shirts and trousers for tank tops and ripped jeans.

Previously, he sported a short, slicked-back hairdo and adopted a conservative style.

Ivan debuted his new look at a Boohoo event in Sydney in November.  

Ivan was partnered with fellow real estate agent Aleks Markovic on Married At First Sight earlier last year, but they are no longer together.

Coincidentally, Aleks has also undergone her own makeover since the show, losing an estimated 9kg and changing up her hairstyle.

In a bid to capitalise on her fame, Aleks recently launched her own line of lipsticks.
