Former Married At First Sight star Tamara Joy is no wallflower.

The 30-year-old went topless and showed off her pert derrière in tan G-string bikini bottoms, in a photo shared to Instagram on Wednesday.

But what was particularly surprising was the brunette's connection to a popular American TV host and actress. 

In the photo, Tamara stood poolside with her back to the camera, and raised her lithe arms in a dramatic fashion. 

Her wavy locks fell behind her toned back and her striking facial features were obscured.

The post saw her pals - including MAFS co-star Jessika Power - comment on her fabulous figure, with the likes of 'woahhhhh baby'.

However, what was most eye-catching was her friendship with Brooke Burke, 48.

Brooke, a popular model, actress and TV host in America, commented: 'What!!' alongside a love heart emoji, to which Tamara responded with a grinning face emoji.

The social media interaction comes after Tamara made headlines in September. 

Tamara unveiled her new nose while dining at a Sydney cafe after undergoing rhinoplasty. 

Alongside a nose job and lip fillers, the Melbourne-based star has also had a breast enlargement.

Tamara opened up about her cosmetic enhancements in an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle in March.

'People do it for all different reasons and I guess mine was just more so... I had a bit of a booty and I really wanted to balance that out, that's why I did it,' she said, referring to her boob job.

She added: 'If it makes you feel better about yourself, why not?'
