It's officially 'intimacy week' on Married At First Sight, and things certainly got hot and heavy on Monday's episode.

From erotic massages to 'risqué' sex, the couples held absolutely nothing back as their relationships turned physical. 

Delivering her instructions over Zoom, sexologist Alessandra Rampolla encouraged Booka Nile and Brett Helling to 'go for it' and showcase their playful side.

The newlyweds were presented with a large red package, which contained a series of sex toys and games.

Brett, 31, decided to choose a box of cards, each of which had a list of instructions.

'Gently kiss and suck on several of your lover's fingers,' Booka read out, prompting Brett to excitedly respond, 'Let's do it!'

Not willing to let any time go to waste, Booka was then seen playfully sucking one of Brett's fingers.

After a few moments of sucking, Booka commented that Brett's fingers tasted like 'dish soap', before he moaned.

But Booka appeared to be put off by Brett's grunting sounds.

'He's making weird grunting sounds, like, that just makes my hymen reseal. I'm like, let's never do that,' she later told producers.

It was then time for Booka to show Brett what she finds attractive in the bedroom.

Cuffing Brett in pink handcuffs, Booka walked out wearing racy black lace lingerie.

She then playfully instructed Brett to 'go to bed' in a Russian accent, before she admitted that she had enjoyed tying up her previous partners, leaving them with 'no control'.

'Massage rule is I am boss, you are maggot. In communist Russia we do things different in communist Russia,' she said with an accent.

'It's great to see this fun side of Booka. I feel like we're getting closer,' Brett told producers after filming their date.
