Kristen Stewart shared rare insight into her marriage with wife Dylan Meyer nearly eight months after they tied the knot April 20 at LA restaurant Casita Del Campo following six years of dating.

The biggest lesson marriage has taught the 35-year-old Oscar nominee and the 38-year-old nepo-baby of Oscar-nominated screenwriter Nicholas Meyer is 'power in numbers.'

'It's so nice to have a family. It's so nice to not be an unmoored individual,' Stewart told Esquire on December 9.

'Dylan came into my life and I immediately was like, "It's so important to handpick and curate the people that surround you." Dylan just does not suffer fools. I may not always seem like it, but I really am kind of a "nice guy."'

The Sacramento actress added: 'It's just bolstering to be with someone that reminds you that your life is in your hands.'

Surprisingly, one of the biggest things that makes Stewart happy is reading aloud with Meyer and their two cats and one dog at her $2.195M four-bedroom Los Feliz home.

'East of Eden, Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre, The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter,' the homeschooled millennial listed off her literary favorites.

'To share them outside of yourself is salve.'

But Stewart noted that she still treasures her alone time 'one or two hours' before the platinum-blonde producer wakes up in the morning.

'I am so with people all the time. I'm an Aries, so it's rare that I'm not in a group. I like to steal time and remind myself to be alone,' the former child star said.

The newlyweds reportedly first met in 2013 on the set of Nima Nourizadeh's action stoner comedy American Ultra.

In 2023, Stewart and Meyer co-founded their production company Nevermind Pictures with Maggie Mclean.

The bisexual beauty was said to have previously romanced Sara Dinkin, Stella Maxwell, St. Vincent, Soko, Nicholas Hoult, Alicia Cargile, Lane Garrison, Robert Pattinson, Michael Angarano and the late Anton Yelchin.

Stewart's feature directorial debut Chronology of Water, starring Imogen Poots, which hits US theaters January 9.

The Chanel brand ambassador's 128-minute big-screen adaptation of Lidia Yuknavitch's 2011 memoir also features Thora Birch, Jim Belushi and Tom Sturridge.

The Chronology of Water film currently has a 'certified fresh' 91% critic approval rating (out of 46 reviews) on Rotten Tomatoes.

Stewart will portray a stoner called Frankie in Meyer's feature directorial debut The Wrong Girls, which is a mistaken identity drama for Neon.

She spent '13 years' honing the script for the comedy - which also features Alia Shawkat, Seth Rogen, Kumail Nanjiani, LaKeith Stanfield and Tony Hale.

Last Friday, the Twilight alum confirmed to Collider that Amazon MGM's limited series The Challenger has 'gotten a green light' and she's 'shaking' in her boots about portraying real-life astronaut Sally Ride.

Stewart's other upcoming projects include Panos Cosmatos' vampire flick Flesh of the Gods and Quentin Dupieux's dark comedy Full Phil for Studiocanal.
