Richard Nephew (Bluesky - LinkedIn - X) is a Senior Research Scholar in the Center on Global Energy Policy and the Faculty of the Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. He was the inaugural U.S. Coordinator on Global Anti-Corruption at the Department of State from 2022-2024 and served as Deputy Special Envoy for Iran in 2021.

Bruce Swartz is the Aharon Barak Distinguished Senior Rule of Law Fellow at Yale Law School.
