Take-Two Subpoenas Discord and Microsoft to Trace GTA VI Leak Source

Take-Two Interactive has subpoenaed Discord and Microsoft in a Florida court to obtain user data and trace the source of the major GTA VI leak from late 2023. The company seeks IP addresses, account records, and server logs to identify the individual who illegally accessed and distributed over 90 clips from Rockstar's internal build.
This legal effort reflects the industry's aggressive protection of valuable trade secrets.
