MOSCOW, August 23. /TASS/. The Ukrainian authorities are glorifying today those who killed hundreds of thousands of Russians, Poles and Jews and this is only a part of a larger problem, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday.

"It's amazing what's happening in Ukraine right now. Glorification of Nazism is still half the trouble. But the problem is that the basis of the Ukrainian statehood today is based on this neo-Nazi ideology. People who killed Poles, Jews and Russians by the hundreds of thousands are being glorified," Putin told Russia’s Vesti journalist Pavel Zarubin.
