[6-10-2026] The Food and Drug Administration is advising consumers not to purchase or use Branch Manager for Men, a product promoted and sold for male sexual enhancement on various websites, including https://supplx.com, and possibly in some retail stores.

FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that Branch Manager for Men contains yohimbine not listed on the product label.

Yohimbine is a plant-derived chemical once used in a prescription erectile dysfunction medication; it has since been largely replaced by safer, more effective treatments. Branch Manager for Men contains dangerously high levels of yohimbine that can cause severe high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, heart attack, stomach problems, seizures and mental health effects such as anxiety, confusion and tremors; in people with schizophrenia, it can cause mania or psychosis. The risks are greater for people who take stimulants like caffeine or ephedra, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) medications, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or certain antidepressants.

Health care professionals and consumers should report adverse events or side effects related to the use of this product to FDA’s MedWatch Safety Information and Adverse Event Reporting Program:

• Download and complete the form, then submit it via fax at 1-800-FDA-0178.
