This year, our annual CP Awareness Month photo contest allows you to compete for the same great prizes, but includes the option to fundraise to support our work as well! Photos tell stories without words, but we want our community members to narrate their own stories around who they are and their relationship to the world in honor of CP Awareness Month. You share your stories of living with CP, ask people to vote for your submissions, and invite them to donate to the Network! Any money you raise goes to improving the care, treatment, and wellbeing of our community, and your photos continue to build our beautiful collection of community images and voices.

Photos may be submitted February 11-March 10th and then public voting begins!

We have four photo categories this year:

1. Adults at work, volunteering, enjoying day programming — Adults with CP, please help us improve our photo collection with your images!!
2. Diversity and inclusion representation — Share your images that reflect the diversity of our CP community and/or meaningful inclusion in society.
3. Freestyle category — Share the photos and stories you love that don’t meet the criteria of our other categories.
4. Genetic CP story — Do you have a genetically based CP? We welcome you to our community and encourage your participation!

Each category listed above will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize of $100, $75, and $50 respectively. We will also have one best overall winner judged by the CP Research Network staff for $500 and up to 10 honorable mentions for $25 each. As part of this year’s March Awareness activities, we also will be hosting a fundraiser! When you encourage people to vote for your photos during the photo contest, you may also invite them to donate to the CP Research Network. Sharing your story will help us to spread awareness and encourage people to donate vital funds for improving the health and wellbeing of people with CP and their families.
