Australia's coastline and the flora and fauna that flourish there represent a huge tourist opportunity, but  it is crucial we protect this natural resource for future generations. 

In Western Australia, the area around Exmouth Gulf was declared a new marine park in late 2025, bringing with it new protections that should keep it protected for generations.
